Facet5 accreditation

Facet5 personality questionnaire

If you want to use Facet5 within your organization and be able to take full advantage of its possibilities, we recommend that you obtain your Facet5 accreditation. You do this by attending a 2-day program led by a qualified Facet5 trainer. After accreditation, you will be familiar with the background and development of Facet5, know how Facet5 compares to other personality questionnaires available on the market, what Big Five means, what the main and sub-factors are, and their importance in describing and understanding differences in behavior. There is much emphasis on interpretation and feedback of Facet5 profiles, with many practice and feedback opportunities during (and after) the training.

The training is perceived as intensive, fun and highly interactive, and participants are able to interpret and provide feedback on profiles upon completion, and also have a greater knowledge of personality assessment in general and its application in work situations, in support of “people decisions” and achieving organizational goals.

Who should participate and what does it provide?

The training is open to anyone working in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Coaching, Psychology, Leadership Development or related fields. No specific knowledge or experience is required, although a healthy curiosity helps. In preparation, some “pre-reading” is required, but this is not complicated or extensive. After the training, participants will be able to understand and debrief Facet5 profiles, and effectively engage respondents and clients in that process. They are also able to organize their own Facet5 projects and download the reports from the system. After successful accreditation, participants will have access to research and tools that will support them in using Facet5 within their own organizations.
