We make people’s talents visible. We do this with our online assessment tools and on-site. Worldwide. Individual or for groups of employees. With the use of sophisticated tools and actors who know exactly how to make certain behaviors visible and provide immediate feedback. This creates a good basis for development and action plans at the individual and group level. Tailored to your demand, in collaboration with you.
Assessment and development in steps
We always start with a comprehensive intake in which we zoom in on the specific question. Based on this, we put together a program that may include:
- Facet5 personality questionnaire
- Simulations with a training actor
- Cognitive ability tests
- Various interviews, including a competency-based interview
We can run this program both online and offline.
We give the participant feedback on the results immediately on the day. We make clear arrangements about the method of reporting during the intake. Of course, the participant always receives the results and report first. Only after his or her agreement do we share this with the client.
